The CyberCraft Kolleg (CCK) is the research and educational programme at OTH Regensburg dedicated to digital transformation and sustainablity goals in skilled trades and construction sector. Co-Founded and Co-led by Prof. Christophe Barlieb together with Prof. Thomas Linner the Kolleg trains young people and established professionals in augmented reality, robotics, and AI technologies.
Mission
The CyberCraft Kolleg provides a comprehensive education to prepare young people and existing professionals for the challenges of the digital world. The programme makes the trades attractive by leveraging new tools — augmented reality, robotics, and AI — to address the current skills shortage and give construction industries and their associated craftspeople novel ways to complete their work.
