Handwerkskammer Niederbayern-Oberpfalz (HWKNO) is the chamber of crafts for Lower Bavaria and the Upper Palatinate, the public self-government body representing the most versatile economic sector in East Bavaria. With main administrative seats in Passau and Regensburg, the chamber represents craft enterprises that together employ roughly 18% of all socially insured employees in the region and generate about 20% of regional businesses and economic output.
The chamber is an institutional partner of the CCI Network in Bavaria.
