
Christophe Barlieb is a cybercraft architect, fusing handcrafts and digitalcrafts. Author of Cybercraft: Das neue Paradigma. Full Professor at OTH Regensburg, Faculty of Architecture and Regensburg School of Digital Sciences, heads the CyberCraft Lab, co-leads the CyberCraft Kolleg, and presides the CyberCraft Institute.
Before joining OTH Regensburg in 2021, he was Professor of Architecture Media at the Technical University of Berlin, Associate Professor at TU Braunschweig and TU Berlin, and Visiting Professor at Shenkar College, Tel Aviv. He is the author of Cybercraft: Das neue Paradigma and co-editor of Media Agency – Neue Ansätze zur Medialität in der Architektur. His awards include the Bavarian State Handcrafts Award for the Robotic Toolbox and the Grand Prix d’Architecture from the Académie des Beaux-Arts.
He helped establish the MINT Lab Lienz where he teaches AR based crafting methods.
